About RosterAid®

I'm Vicente, and I built RosterAid. I've worked in software for years, but I've been around tennis far longer. I play, and my wife and I coach together. This app came straight out of that.

Coaching was never the hard part for her. The hard part was everything around it: keeping track of lesson times, who showed up, and who still owed money. More than once someone lost track of what they owed, and honestly, so did we.

I'm a developer, so I started building something to fix it for us. The goal was simple: keep attendance and balances straight without having to think about it, so getting paid never depends on remembering.

I worked on it carefully because we actually use it. It's how my wife and I run our own lessons. But the same problem shows up for anyone who runs sessions on their own, so I built it for them too: people managing their own schedule, clients, and payments, who have enough to do without fighting their tools.

So that's what RosterAid is. Whether you're a tennis coach, a music teacher, a fitness instructor, a dog walker, or anyone who runs sessions and bills regular clients, it handles the scheduling, attendance, and payments, so you can spend less time on admin and more time on the work you do best.
