What is the difference between the Free and Paid plans?
Both plans include every RosterAid feature — scheduling, attendance tracking, automatic balance and payment tracking, flexible rates, the color-coded calendar, family and group contacts, and balance summaries. The only difference is the number of contacts you can manage: the Free plan supports up to 5 contacts, and the Paid plan removes that limit so you can manage an unlimited number of contacts.
Is RosterAid really free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you manage up to 5 contacts with full access to all RosterAid features, and it does not require a credit card to start. You only move to the Paid plan when you need to manage more than 5 contacts.
How much does the Paid plan cost and how is it billed?
The Paid plan is $99 per year when billed annually, or $9.99 per month. Both options include unlimited contacts and all features. The annual option works out cheaper than paying monthly across a full year.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. You can sign up and use the Free plan without entering any payment details. A payment method is only needed if and when you choose to upgrade to the Paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Paid plan can be cancelled at any time. You can also stay on the Free plan for as long as you like while you manage up to 5 contacts.
